Yanmar SB 12 Governor arm stuck

I think I'll start another thread for the issue as the governor arm has been corrected - now it won't start which was the original issue. I thought it may have been the governor arm all along but now wondering if the governor arm getting stuck was a byproduct of alot of wd40 in the intake and VERY high rpms?? Anyway I'll start the other thread with everything i've tried which is alot.

Well if the injector is spraying fuel, the engine is cranking over fast enough and as suggested earlier, the mixer elbow and exhaust isn’t blocked you’ve probably blown a head gasket and lost compression so just undo those 4 capscrews, lift off the head and take a peek at what’s going on in there. You could do a compression test first and perhaps check on the operation of the valves and pushrods.....since you previously mentioned sticking valves.
