Another vote for Lasdrop.
About 2000hrs on this Lasdrop Gen II without issue.

I'm replacing the bellows on the 7 year old PSS. What a pain. Can't get the shaft coupling to come off so I can slip the new bellows onto the shaft. I'd stick with the stuffing box. (Any advice on removing the shaft coupling will be much appreciated.)

I was happy tightening my flax stuffing box anchored in Fatu Hiva...low tech but wide error margin for those a long way from a West Marine. More time to eat goat etc.

Get some longer screws for the coupling. Insert a socket between the two halves on the shaft. Then tighten it down. As the coupling halves come together it will press the shaft out.

I still prefer the zirc fitting and grease option but have extra flax onboard just in case
