1.5" T-track

I have been doing very well getting answers to my questions here that I thought I would try another. I would like to change car on my jib track but I have been unable to find anything for 1.5" T-Track. All that I can find is 1" and 1.25" T-Track. Any ideas where I can find the larger stuff?

Harken do a 1 9/16" (40mm) T-track. Is that going to be of any use? If so, the relevant Harken part numbers are 1888, B206 & B207.

For the price Harken / Ronstan et.al. charge per foot for track, it might be worth checking out the price for 1" x 1.5" or 1.5" x 1.5" rectangular section barstock and get a quote from a machine shop on machining it to your required section?

Thank you, I was sure that I looked at Schaefer. This is what I was looking for, but at $875. each I guess I will need to make do with what I have now.

Apologies for my previous post; I mis-read it that you wanted new track, not cars.

Garhauer do a genoa car (LLC-4) for 1.5" track. It is listed at $US 160 on their website Linky-> Garhauer Marine Hardware -6298132 (under "low lead cars"). It has a SWL quoted at 4000lbs.

I have had good experiences with Garhauer - a little heavier than harken / ronstan etc, but well made and cheap by comparison.
