2015 build 48 Leopard

Has anyone else experienced leaky escape hatches on their newly built 48? Also, can someone comment on what is causing this on some fastners in the engine compartments?

As regards the fasteners, it looks like they weren't sealed. I'd check to see if there's any sealant on them, and hope this isn't a balsa cored area.

the leaky escape hatches are due to the bolts holding them in being marginally to long. they need to be replaced with shorter bolts as the cap/nut wont allow them to be nipped up tight enough. apparently a common problem. they are completing mine under warranty.
