24vdc Vetus Blower Controller ?

I have installed two of these Vetus blowers mounted in my Engine Room

Vetus-Shop.Com : Vetus Bilge Blower Flange Mount 24V 76mm (Vetus VENT7624)

One mounted on each side and connected to ventilation hoses that go to Side Deck vents, so that one extracts hot air from the ceiling and the other delivers outside air to the bilges.

This works great for quickly cooling down ER after motor sailing but they are simply controlled by a breaker switch and are loud but strong fans.

At the Marina, I now have an Isolation Transformer in the ER that puts out quite a bit of heat and I would like to have either the Extraction blower or both on independent control with either a 3-speed or variable-speed controller, so as to quietly improve circulation.

Each Blower is rated 4amps @ 24v.

Ideally I would like to find 2 box mount mechanical switch or rheostat type controller, that I would install in the ER...but have been unable to find anything here in the Philippines.

Does anyone have knowledge or experience with the type of controller that would work on 4amps @ 24v, for my purpose?

Thanks

A rheostat wont work because the fans are DC. What you want is a 24 volt pulse speed controller. Google DC Speed controllers.
