Aluminium - running clean elect & plumbing

Our poor aluminium-hulled boat needs some TLC as regards running electrical and plumbing. Because of the construction method (StrongAll), we don't have any ribs and only the usual few bulkheads, so the usual method of running the lines through the holes in the ribs to keep them from the bilge won't work.

How do other people run conduit and plumbing - weld hangers/holders on the hulls? Or is there a contact glue that will work on aluminium - secure enough but not weld-strength - to put behind some hangers/holders? The deck is aluminium too, so hanging from the hull ceiling poses the same question...

A plastic finger cable raceway can be attached with 3M VHB tape.

Oh lovely - thank you BW and Jedi! I hoped there was a tape option, even for plumbing that may weigh more than a few cables.
