Aluminum welder / builder for bowsprit

I am looking for someone to help build me a new bowsprit from aluminum. I have my current wood (rotted) bowsprit to use as a template. Can anyone recommend an aluminum boat builder / welder that can do this work on the east coast of the US? I live in Jacksonville FL but will drive anywhere East of the Mississippi river to get this done.

I found this pic of someone who built an aluminum bowsprit on their Hans Christian. Cannot remember where I got it but I consider it to be the gold standard I am shooting for.

Any feedback / suggestions on whom to use would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Close to Jacksonville. And this guy is the absolute best.

He mostly does marine stuff.

He turned my rudder posts and created my rudder arms/tillers.

Good pricing also.

I built one (TIG) out of 1/8" 316 stainless. It was about the same weight as the wood one that was on the boat at the time.

Re: Aluminum welder / builder for bowsprit

I built one for my old Downeaster 38 out of aluminum.
I used the top of a street lamp post, 3/16 wall thickness. Cut off the top 12 inches that had lamp mount holes and used the next 8 feet. It has a nice taper to it.

Turned out 38 pounds lighter than the old wooden one. It took me about 40 hours to do all the work that included schedule 80 aluminum pipe for where 1/2" bolts went through, channel stock for the deck risers for the elevation changes, a frame for the pulpit deck, and sealing it air tight on the ends.
