Re: Amel euro 41 osmosis and common problems

Osmosis can be dealt with in many ways, everything from doing nothing to peeling gelcoat and sometimes several layers of glass before laying up new glass and fairing. There is often an extensive drying period involved in order to ensure the repairs actually last. There are all sorts of steps in between depending on how deep and the extent of the osmosis. There are no hard and fast rules and often your pocket book makes the decision for you.
