Updates:

I couldn't find one for the end of the shaft that fit, but attached is a picture of the thinnest collar zinc I could find. What do people think about the spacing between it and cutlass bearing? Will this still allow enough water flow into the bearing?

The company I posted if you have a reverse thread 17.5mm they will make a collar for you the collar and zinc are universal

I'd think so.
The figure, below, doesn't indicate a min/max spacing from anode to bearing, but might be of interest.
