B&G Type1 RAM Issue

Hi Cruisers,

The B&G Type 1 Autopilot RAM in my yacht is making the most unusual noises! I have had the B&G dealer take a look who diagnosed air in the hydraulic system, however after a shop rebuilt it the noises are worse. So i am now suspicious of the pump or ability to build hudraulic pressure?

I have attached a video, you need the volume right up to hear the resonating noise that i cannot describe. But it reaonates throughout the boat.

Any ideas or advice would be great? Currently regretting the rebuild rather than buying a new one.
