The bolt up balmar alt doesnt really bolt up. For 1200$ you ought to get a proper bolt up and also a wiring diagram!. So after messing with this for a few hrs I'm so fed up with this claim it's a bolt up direct it. It's not a bolt up not a direct fit... You need to buy your own bolts and modify the yanmar by drilling the hole out. Then remove some of the powder coating to get a good surface for case ground .you need cut the crush bushing if you want to get a full nut on .also you need so slide washers inside the saddle to properly line up the pullys.... 1200$ ? Really? Not impressed
