Boat Cracks on sides, how to repair?

Based on your photos, it appears that you have an epoxy coating covering your wooden hull. The issue for you is if it is merely cosmetic or is there structural damage to the substrata? Cosmetic repair is straightforward and simple if you're willing to accept a near-perfect repair which, for me, should be your mindset on an older boat. However, if there is damage to the substrata, then the epoxy coating must be removed to the extent of the damage and repairing that damage before any finish coat is applied. If you see any cracks in the wood, you must remove the surrounding shell/skin to a point where it ends and the wood is sound, undamaged, and stable. Then, repair the damaged wood and refinish. I don't see anything serious from your photos so it's time to open the wounds and thoroughly inspect. Unless you open Pandora's box underneath the skin, you have a very simple, straightforward repair.
