boatyard recommendations Southern Portugal, Spain or Gibraltar?

Hi there:

I am looking for recommendations for a good boatyard in these areas where you can do your own work. Also a marina with a well-stocked chandlery would work. We will be crossing the Atlantic and heading into the Mediterranean, so would like a stop before entering the Med.
