Bomar hinge discontinued..

I have 1 broken hinge I am trying to find that bomar no longer supplies. I have looked on google, ebay and boat yards without luck. It looks like the hinge is pretty specific as it sits at a 90 degree angle when closed. How can i fix this without having to buy a whole new hatch? the hinge is aluminum and 2-1/2" wide.

Is something wrong with the hinge?

If you need another one just like it, go to a machine shop and have them make you one

Soon we can just print a new one aboard, wouldn't that be great!

Is the damage, the broken metal thread just in sight? Reparable, drill down centre then ezi out or drill and retap the thread or drill all the way through and new bolt
