bottom paint redux
A boatyard just recommended PPG ABC3 antifouling paint for my sailboat. I never heard of it before. Evidently military and commercial craft use it. anyone know anything about it? Practical Sailor should include it in their tests. I think it is also known under Ameron/Devoe.
