Broken Wind vane Navik Help needed

Need to fix a rusted part of wind vane that engages the wind vane rudder. Small paddle from front leads underneath and attached through the front of the rudder. (not the pin that extends left to right). This part leads fore and aft and being rusty, will not engage the rudder. Makes the wind vane unusable. Please advise a replacement part or a possibly replacement via SS parts.

Given the terrible explanation, I've attached a picture of a working wind vane. The part in the red circle is what is damaged.
