BuyAerogel.com - are they legit?

I hate to make a post like this, but I am at a loss.

I ordered 20ft of Cryogel from the web site BuyAerogel.com last week. I got an invoice via email moments later. Since then, nothing.

I've sent 2 emails requests via their web site support page, I've phoned twice (they just have an answering service take messages) and left a message asking them one question only - when will this order ship? No response to email requests or phone calls. No further emails (for example, with shipping information).

All I wanted to know was when they will ship the order, but now their lack of response is making me think I may have been ripped off.

I can't cite which threads, but my memory is that I read several posts where members said they successfully acquired aerogel/cryogel from this company. Did I imagine that? Did I get the wrong web site? Is the company legit - has anyone here had a problem with them?

PS. I started out wanting to use aerogel/cryogel then was shocked at the price and decided not to use it. Then after ripping out the old box and realizing how little space I have, I realized I need to use it (only for some sides of the freezer).

Followup: The order arrived today. All I wanted to know was when but they were too busy to tell me. Shrug. A lot of stress for nothing I guess. Not a scam. Product looks good - can't wait to get it installed.
