Cabin door seals?

We have a 77 S2 8.0 and of course she has the three wooden slat doors and a sliding plexiglass hatch over the top. The slats fit together nicely and are relatively water tight but the hatch on the end towards the bow leaks badly. Bad enough in a heavy downpour the cabin would flood, water runs underneath the backside away from the slats and then along the bottom of the hatch down the slides and into the galley. It looks like there is a seal back there that is worn out. Where can I get another seal or what can we use? We live aboard and have a shade over it but when we took the boat out and the shade was down our living quarters got completely drenched from a rain squall.
