Cabin Sole renovation (beneteau47.7)

Dear All

Being stuck in the house is giving me lots to think about to complete when I finally get back on board the boat...
I would like to refurb my cabin floor on my 2000 Beneteau 47.7 which having looked at the floor carefully could be a veneer in cherry tint.
I have attached some photos as keen to know best way to get these looking good again.
The boat being from this era the boards are really thick and heavy
I was thinking of spraying them to get the correct finish but wondered if people knew if the colour came from the varnish or the actual veneer under the varnish. Also going to have to work around the black lines which will be fun lol
