Cast Acrylic portlight

I’m looking for a supplier for 5/16 cast acrylic for replacement windows in my Lewmar port windows. I have searched the web the best I could but haven’t found a supplier for 5/16, only 1/4 and 3/8. I plan on cutting them out on my CNC table to try to save the much needed $$. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately finding 8mm cast acrylic has been non-existent in the US.

Have not been able to find a good supply of arylic or plexi during covid as it was all bought up for seperation purposes.... possibly the lag is manufacturers were first on the waiting list as supply became somewhat available

shapesplastics.com has an assortment of thicknesses, unfortunately not metric though. They’re a good outfit, cut to order and free shipping on smaller pieces. I order hdpe from them and get free shipping on 10” x 36” pieces.

My guess is it was probably just really thin 3/8 or custom made. Acrylic is sold nominal sizes in the U.S. but is actually made a bit thinner than that nominal size. 3/8 cast mics out at about .345ish
