Arrrgh wasn't sure I was even going to find a sealed version of the radial bearing. I am currently trying to find the axial load the current bearings can handle. It is pretty beefy MR6208-2RS

40mm x 80mm x 18mm. Of course if anyone finds two tapered in that size.....

You will need a tapered roller bearing in a self alignment housing, not cheap. A alternative would be as big a pillow block that will fit your shaft and then a flex coupling to your motor.
