Cleaning Flexiteek

We have a new-to-us 2015 Lagoon 400 and I'm trying to figure out the best way to clean the FlexiTeek - especially in the heads. Anyone find a product they love? We live aboard full-time and flooring gets heavy use. Thanks in advance.

Re: Cleaning Flexiteek

We don't have flexiteek, but Dek King. Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser works wonders.

The owner of Red Sky Detailing in Annapolis told us about it.

Re: Cleaning Flexiteek

We have flexiteak on our sugar scoops. It’s pretty durable stuff. We have been told by the manufacturer to not use any strong cleaners. Dish soap and a soft bristle brush works wonders.

If it’s stained, you can actually scrub it (with the grain) with a harder brush. It cleans almost like wood. You can power wash it and even sand it (with the grain) if the stains go deep. We have not sanded ours yet, but the power washer works wonders. Not sure if you could use one in the head, though.
