CNG to Propane Conversion

I have a Seaward#A87 cng stove and cant get the cylinders rehydroed so I am thinking Ill have to switch to propane I read on the forum someplace #"s for the conversion kit but cant find the posting any help out there? there must be a shop that has done this conversion and rember the #s
