Re: columbia defender hull #60

Made a mistake and told someone I wanted a small dingy to fit on my fordeck.
Next thing I knew a customer showed up and dropped off a dingy for repair an old sportyak 213.
He told me it was mine .
Good fit and cost just needs a good cleaning and a paint job to match the boat .
Had one small hole in it that I welded up .
Now to build the sail rig

I am personally inclined to towards 2 smaller basins.
Wash in one, rinse in the other. Also a small dish rack will fit in one and not slide back and forth underway and you can still wash you hands in the other and not splash on the drying dishes.

Re: columbia defender hull #60

I do all my dishwashing out in the cockpit so I may be the wrong one to ask. I hardly use my sink, I'm pretty stingy with water. Mostly hand washing, teeth brushing, and the drying rack fits there for me. I think I'd stick with one because you'll be losing some needed volume going with two, no?

Re: columbia defender hull #60

Well I decided to go with the current single sink and a small wash tub .

And finally got a day to work on the stephfen .
Finally have an opening port in the head. Now to finish fairing it in.
