Coppercoat 2015

Yes, I have read thru a number of threads but I do not see a lot of comments from actual recent experience. As I am now ready to haul out and prepare for a long time away from places that can haul a wide cat, am looking for ACTUAL REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES of people who have used Coppercoat in the past 3 years in the Caribbean. I know it will cost a bit more to start but if I can save just one haulout, I will probably be ahead. I do not mind rubbing the bottom while in warm clear water so the monthly burnishing is not a factor for me. Especially interested in sailors who frequently bump or sit on sandy bottoms like I do. Ablative paints do not do well in this situation at all. it seems the shallower the draft, the more often I touch bottom. Ed
