Cored Sandwich

"West System" has a couple of interesting articles on repairing Cored Decks - "Epoxyworks" Magazine #20

http://westsystem.com/ewmag/index.html

"Creating a Non-Skid Deck" is Part 2, but links to Part 1 "Replacing Damaged Balsa Core".

There's also an article on "Replacing Damaged Bulkheads".

All interesting reading.

Try this site for a more economical material. Probably not as good but it might work. Click on polysheets.
