Got this one for $40 from a boat being scrapped.

Replacements for production boats can be $1000 to $2500 depending, not sure about custom but you can get an estimate from railmakers once you measure.

My guestimate is about $150-200 in materials and 6-8 hours to bend/fit/weld/polish for someone set up to do it... so $750-900. Less if you find "the right guy", more if you don't.
