Deck paint for aa metal boat recommendations

I am looking for a paint system for my deck.

The boat is aluminium and has been sand blasted on the hull and deck. I am using an international paint system for the bottom ending with Trilux 33 as the final coat on the bottom.

What to put on the deck though?

I am not looking for a shiny gloss finish. My boat while a sail boat is a work boat first. I need something very tough and durable - able to go for years without a repaint.

Considering Jotun, International and Awl Grip.

I have no experience with any of them so not sure which way to go other then all the hype on the various websites.

Would be interested to hear your thoughts.
