Re: Did You Work on the Boat ?

Started to empty some of the junk off the boat yesterday afternoon, and then the welder came to do the finishing touches to the engine bearers. This morning I leaped out of bed (Yeh, Really!) grabbed a cup of coffee and a bagel then hopped into the truck and drove 220km to pick up my prop shaft with the hub and coupling. 7 hours of driving with 2 hours of crawling across the top of Toronto. Damn, seems like rush hour is now 6am to 8pm constant. But I have the shaft, and picked up a hone so I can enlarge the shaft log a tad for the cutlass bearing. That's on tomorrows list of things along with getting my compressor running and getting the needle scaler running. Time to scale out the inside of the engine bay.
