Dinghy Davits by Marshall Design

While strolling in the marina last weekend, I came across a boat using dinghy davits manufactured by MARSHALL DESIGN. I have attempted to locate the company by email and by telephone using the information I found on the davits' label. The best I can tell the company either: 1) no longer exist or 2) has relocated.
Any current information would be appreciated.

Re the Davits
I sold the design rights to those davits to Forespar some years ago they made some mods to the design and really made a better product.
I also sold the "Nova Lift" patent to them and Nova strap (outboard lift strap that's still the bloody best by miles) to Davis Instrument. they now sells it as the Davis Motor caddy
I'm doing Hard dodger designs and boat building again in Aus
