Dometic marine air conditioner recharge

Hello all I am looking for information on how to recharge the gas in my marine ac units. I work in St Tomas, and this year there are no ac tech’s on the island since Reafco stopped doing ac work. I have decided to try and recharge my units myself, and I purchased some equipment. Any advice on how to do this process would be a huge help.

Here is what I have-

-410A refrigerant gas- 25lb tank

-5/16 anti blowback adapter (to attach hose to tank)

-piston valve manifold set with 3 hoses

I understand I must attach the yellow hose from the tank to the middle valve connection.

Then I need to connect the red hose to the high pressure side of the ac unit and the red side of the manifold.

Then I connect the blue hose to the low pressure side of the ac unit and to the blue side of the manifold.

Then I purge the air from the hoses by opening the tank briefly with the hoses slightly loose.

Then, after securing all hoses, I turn on the ac unit and see where the pressures are sitting at.

After this I am not sure what pressure I am looking for on the gauges. What is optimal for these ac units?

The ac unit has red and blue connections. I assume these correlate with the colors of the manifold, red high, blue low?

Do so need to turn the tank upside down when I go to add gas? Thereby actually adding it as a liquid?

Thank you for any information you can provide!

I have included pictures of all the components.
