Can you use this for sheet acrylic ports to fibreglass cabin sides? That is how my windows are held in but I was not sure what silicon it is and wish to repalce the ports.

Yes, Dow 795 is a structural adhesive, no screws needed. Tension adhesion is 45-60 lbs/in. If you are removing and replacing windows on your cabin be sure to use a chemical silicone remover like Goo-gone or similar. Sanding is not enough, and if you don't get all the old adhesive off, nothing will stick.

Just found this nice Dow 795 comparison chart to the competition.

Thought the table was useful and the info in the "adhesion" section was interesting. Based on test results, a primer may be needed for certain substrates for better adhesion.
