Farr phase 4 floor bung

Our Farr has a bung in the lining through the floor in front of the stairs. We regularly siphon a few buckets of water out . So there’s water in between the hull and the lining. We can’t really find out a history off the previous owner. 2 through hulls were replaced with last antifouling. Is there a way to figure out where its coming in from ? There’s no internal signs
