Feedback on repair cost list

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker but it's finally time for me to get my first boat.

I recently gave up flight instruction




I'm looking at a Catalina 22 with a swing keel because the gulf of Mexico in NE Florida is shallow.




I'm trying to compile a list of generally what it might cost to repair/replace various items so I can use that as a reference point in buying a boat. I don't mind doing some things on my own (like installing a bilge pump or a radio) but painting the bottom or repairing a keel is definitely not on the DIY list for me.


Some feedback on my guesses as to how much these items will cost would be very helpful.


Refurbish swing keel (cable and winch and all that as well) No idea
