Fiberglass experts

I am building a fiberglass fuel tank to replace the leaking steel tank in my 44 MY. I do have fiberglass experience. But I do have one question how many layers can I laminate at one time Using vinyl Ester resin

laying up minesweepers in denmark with cored hulls we as a team would progressively lay up to 8 layers of 450gsm csm at a time into the mold using VE resin at 1%catalyst
