Re: Filling and drilling holes using West System Epoxy

Colloidal Silica, West System 404 or other structural filler if you are going to drill and tap. Micro Balloons are just that, mostly air so very weak as a filler. Micro Balloons are fine for fairing but are structurally weak.

Use a Dremel 199 bit to rout out core, if there is any, under the glass.
