Filling keel bolt flange opening

Hi folks. Pearson 26. I found a small crack in the fairing at base of keel.
See pics:
It’s the keel bolt entrance bored into the flange (cast iron keel…the flange fits into a recess and it’s secured with 8 x 5/8” through bolts). The keel was rebedded by PO around 15 years ago. What’s the best way to fill this?
Thx
