Fitting out with paper honeycomb for dummies

I'm intending to fit out a 40' foam core cat using lightweight materials (fibreglassed paper honeycomb etc). I'm comfortable working with traditional timbers but know nothing about the do's and dont's of lighweight materials for constructing internal joinery, galley, heads etc. Does anyone know of a good book (Dummy's guide level) or website on fitting out with modern materials?
[Or is there a fairy godmother out there who wants to fit it out while I watch? ]
