Fixing interior corrosion

Hey all,

I've been working on a friend's boat which has suffered from a lot of water intrusion. We've fixed all the leaks, gotten the electrical system working, refinished the worst of the interior, and now I'm trying to figure out how to fix some smaller things.

First and foremost is that there is corrosion on most of the fixtures inside the boat. I tried searching online and in a few boat repair books I have about whether or not it's possible to remove it.
