Formosa 41 chainplates mast/rigging replacement

hello out there

i am seeking for as much as possible info,tips and suggestions about replacing chain plates, change main and mizzen from wood in to aluminum, and all about standing rigging of a Formosa 41 build in 1976
lets say the parts are all there,and its up to me to assemble it to give it some unity, not that i am complete blank on this, but just in case hope somebody here have some info or can point me in to some directions
