Good place for boat work in Spain (med): rigging, sails, etc.

Hello cruisers,
we are looking for a marina/port along the Mediterranean coast of Spain to replace our standing rigging, get sails repaired and do other boat projects. It will be a serious overhaul and we are looking for a place where we can get quality work done for reasonable prices. We will do some work ourselves, but not rigging and sails. (right now we are looking at Benalmadena vs. Almerimar vs. Barcelona/Badalona)

Any suggestions?

Personally I would opt for Almerimar.. cheapest of the lot with everything you need.. or available in a few days.
Its not as 'Social' as Barcelona or maybe Benalmadena (Yuk) but Almeria is a taxi ride away with its airport, night life and regular ferries to N Africa..

Check Cartagena: very nice marina right downtown in a great city with lots to do and see, very safe and reasonably priced. All relevant trades readily available in the port, and at the local boatyard (except for some very hi-tech yacht stuff probably).
