Good Yards in Eastern Mexico, Honduras, etc?

Does anyone know of a good yard for topside painting (along with the other haul out services- rudder bearing, prop shaft through hull, bottom job, etc) on the East coast of Mexico, down to Honduras, or in that region in general?

I'm hoping I'd be able to take advantage of better labor rates than the US. I hear a lot of people doing this on the West coast, but I can't seem to find anything on the other side.

Appreciate any thoughts.
