Help-Catalina 27 Galley Refit

We just bought our first sailboat- a 1972 Catalina 27. It's the dinette layout. Somewhere down the line someone took out her galley. This bugs the heck outta me. I'd like to have the hubby start working on rebuilding this spring. Does anyone have plans for a Cat 27 galley?

We have a 25 ft. Catalina, and love it!! The association websites are usually provide a wealth of information.
