How to remove prodder stay eye bolts ?

I am going to remove this and replace the eye bolt. I assume they are long coach bolt type or maybe have a mating machine treaded part internally, but it is in a sealed section of the bow so I can't get behind it. It could be pinned during construction which would be bad if it was and I tried to rotate it.

Does anyone know for sure?

I'm worried about unscrewing it because it will do some damage coming out but thats the way it looks made.

It's a Schionning Waterline.

Thanks
Dave

I am surprised there is not a spin-out hatch to access the sealed area, might have to put one in.
