Hull Cleaners - Bellingham/Blaine, WA

Looking for a hull cleaner/diver in the Blaine or even Bellingham area. There are a lot of high cost professional dive companies in this area but I'm looking for someone who's a small operation or just starting out who just does hull cleaning and zinc replacement.

I use to do it myself but my gear is out dated and renting a tank and regulators cost more then a cleaner/diver. And I'm getting too old to buy new stuff.

Anyone know of some divers in my area?
