My fan is a 10,000 cfm fan and I would estimate the ensure at 22,000 cf. So still good flow.
I painted my Catamaran in a similar type of boat shed. Mine was called a fabric building. Like a Quonset hut.

In my case, the doors at the end had already ripped off of both sides from storms. So, I didn’t do anything. I just waited for a very calm day where it wasn’t going to blow around and damage other peoples boats, and I just sprayed the whole thing in one day. I did the topsides and the interior on the bridge deck plus aft cockpit.

I had a pressure pot and big compressor so it went fast. It was easy to blast it all out even before it got too hot in my suit.

I didn’t find overspray to be too big an issue because I did it when it was calm. That’s what gave me the idea for you to slow that fan down.

Yes, I taped and masked a lot of stuff, but didn’t worry. There was no overspray anywhere when I was done. Except on my masking material
