I only ask because the appearance of the plate indicates that it had severe expansion at some point and then someone may have tried to "un-expand" it by pulling a vacuum on it.
A few freeze cycles won't do much.
It will be good practice to hold-in the front and rear panels of the plate to keep them from flexing outward while you fill and cap it with solution.
You DON"T want more internal pressure from freezing liquid, and such pressure will not recover the shape of the plate anyway.

Those pictures exaggerated the visual of the plates. I have I stalled manh of geese systems so many intact I have rich boren on speed dial so to speak .
