Insulating Aluminum Window Frames

Our 1985 Catalina 30 has the original aluminum framed windows. I want to keep them, but they create a lot of condensation this time of year. (Humid but cool) The frames are an inside and outside that screw together around the glass. Has anyone found a way to insulate the two halves so the outside cold does not travel to the inside humidity?

I do NOT want to replace them with the surface mount plexiglass version.

.......Or a way where the inside humidity does not get in contact with the cold aluminium.

Re: Insulating Aluminum Window Frames

The windows on our Dragonfly are of similar construction.
My wife made insulated covers which lie flat over the frames.
The frames and covers both have neodymium magnets which attract each other.
I hot glued the frame's magnets on the on the back side (against the hull) so they are invisible from inside the boat. The magnets positions correspond to the magnets in the fabric covers and are attracted through the aluminum.
All you see when they are in place are the covers, and all you see when they are stowed is the original aluminum window frames.
