I've been told by 2 shipyards that the ultra thin mahogany panels will work. It's just getting them in and getting it done asap.

I may just have to wash down everything covered in rat fur and live with it until someone can get to us.

Yes, I'm sure if they are bendable they can work. My point is as you bend them, say in a convex shape, the shape of the outer perimeter changes. So you have to be careful to cut the perimeter to the "formed" shape.... if that makes sense. If near flat it may not matter.
