Interprime 450 v Interprotect 2000E

Trying to keep momentum going over a 5-day holiday here while I can't get more International products (or advice from the area International rep). Closing old and installing new thru-hulls in a solid fiberglass hull, a few dings to repair, and replacing the entire boot stripe with a tie coat of barrier coat/primer that will extend around a foot under the waterline. I had planned to use Interprotect 2000E as my "universal" barrier coat/primer. Someone in the yard just completed a refit of a steel ketch and is offering 2 liters of Interprime 450 gratis. Any downside to using Interprime 450 rather than 2000E?

What is the best final primer before applying the Perfection topcoat to the boot stripe? International's literature references both Primecote 404 and Perfection Undercoat.
